Before partition Pre-independence period 1946, All India Crime Prevention Society came into existence and was first organized. Its founder members were Late S.Gurmukh Singh and his associate Late Sh.Sampurnanand and Dr.Paripurnanand, younger brother of Chief Minister Utter Pradesh, pionneer of open prison system in India, Sh.Shiv Mangal Singh Kapoor MLA associate of Pt. Govind Valabh Pant, former home Minister, Government of India and his son Sh.B.S.Kapoor in a team were directly involved in the society. The above personalities run the office of All India Crime Prevention Society Regd,No.-63/1950-51. The said Society was running smoothly for the 12 years up till the death of Dr.Paripuranand and there after his death the society was almost vanished .

Which the society had directed by The  Ministry  of  home  Affairs, Govt.  Of  India   Vide  its    GO No. 90/50/police, April 26, 1950 and  36/32/56 police Dec.10,1958  has directed the states to Utilise  the  services of “All India Crime Prevention Society in every manner’ s

That the All India Crime Prevention Society Formed by late Sh. Gurmukh Singh (Father of Sh. Avtar Singh  President & Chief Executive Board of Governors) the Society in 1946. Dr. Paripurnanand Verma belong to varanasi was an associate of Late Sh. Gurmukh Singh  founder. After the death of Dr. Paripurnanand Verma the office of society at 1/5 Gokhle Marg, Lucknow-226001 has been faded away and closed.

The Branch office of the society at G-1, Anand Niketan, New Delhi-110021, running by Sh. Nigam folded his office due to non-availability of the paper of the society and found fail when demanded by the S.S.P. Chandigarh.

The Papers of the society were with Late Sh. Gurmukh Singh and these were surfaced the same document relating to All India Crime Prevention Society which were Approved by the Govt. of India and Sh. Avtar Singh  son of Late Sh. Gurmukh Singh founder of the Society produced this record before the Deputy Commissioner, Chandigarh Administration who authenticated these documents by Sh. AICPS OFFICE JOINING RULES ALL OVER INDIA  

HIGH DIGNITARY DISTRICT COMMITTEE OFFICE FORMS DOWNLOAD

  1. That the District Committee office would submit a fee of Rs.6000/- per members Post Six Year Valid I-Card (9 members) of the District Committee to the Head Office Chandigarh in the form of a DD favoring All India Crime Prevention Society Chandigarh and payable at Chandigarh.

 

  1. District Committee office at ……………………………………………. consists of 9 Members. It is formed/ constituted with the Approval of Governing Body of Head Office AICPS Chd. The District Committee has 9 (Nine) Members including (1) District Committee Governor (2)  District Committee Vice Governor (3) District Committee Executive President (4) District Committee Chairman (5) District Committee Secretary (6) District Committee Organizing Secretary (7) District Committee Finance Secretary (8) District Committee Treasurer (9) District Committee Public Relation Officer selected by the District Committee Governor. I-Card issued Six year by Head Office is valid up to Date ……………..

 

  1. That it may be appointed out that District Committee office is appointed on Date….. as per Chandigarh the Head Office issued I-Card with the validity date of Six year up to Date………….. for the Committee member has the responsibility and controlling power to execute different activities. After this agreement Head office will be able to send the appointment latter to Police High dignitaries in the district ……………………

 

  1. That the procedure of adding a new Life Yogdan Member/ Yogdan Member by the District Committee office will be as follows:

The interested person(s) shall approach the District Committee office and express his will to join this society as member. The District Committee office shall direct the person(s) to deposit Yogdan form fee Rs.2000/- (each) and new Life Yogdan Member joining feeRs-6000/- (each) in the Head Office Chandigarh bank A/C No. 3252000100080645 at any branch of Punjab National Bank. Only District committee can use this account to deposit the yogdan amount. The District Committee Governor or any authorized person appointed by the District Committee office shall send the related information to the Head Office Chandigarh. “Membership Form, affidavit, deposit amount bank slip and verification proof”.

The Head Office Chandigarh shall make and deliver (by post) the new Life Yogdan Member/ Yogdan Member i-card(s) of the concerned person to the District Committee office.

 

  1. That the District Committee office shall New Joining Yogdan Member charges not more than Rs .-2000/- as annual charge from the members and New Joining Life Yogdan Members charges not more than Rs .-6000/- from the members, which further shall be spent to promote the aims and objects of Society only. The District Committee office shall pay a sum of 50% to the Head Office to meet expenses of the Head Office, Chandigarh, including salaries of employees, Rent, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Fax, E-mail, Internet, Website, expenses Computer, maintenance of Building in case of any litigation charge for legal department, expenses function organized by Head Office.

 

  1. That the District Committee office will give the I-Card to member of the society duly singed by authorized person from the Head Office Chandigarh. In case any person in the District is interested to become Life yogdan Member the Head Office Chandigarh shall only verify the antecedent of the person so interested to become Life yogdan member and recommends him to Head Office Chandigarh. If any person joins a life Yogdan member with Head Office Chandigarh with the recommendation and approval from district committee/Area Committee Head Office Chandigarh will give the sum of 50% for the maintenance and for social activity for the District Committee office. Head Office Chandigarh will enroll him as a life yogdan Member. As the life member is appointed by the Head Office Chandigarh it becomes a duty of District Committee office in (India and Abroad) to respect him. And he can apply for District Committee Governor for a new territory. (Forms available any www.aicps.org)

           

  1. If Head Office Chandigarh receive all the activities report in time then the Head Office Chandigarh will automatically increase the validity of the I-Cards of the District Committee office 9 (Nine) Members as per post fee of membership Charges Rs-1000/-.

 

  1. The Head Office will issue all i-cards for district committee, yogdan member and life member will be issued from head office chd, under the signature of national governor and chief executive board of governors. No one has any authority to prepare and issue i-card and renewal I-Card.

 

After approval “AICPS” Office all over India, if you are like to jointly bank account then Head Office issue new joining form with mention your local bank account number. All Joining fee deposit in your local bank account, head office  after receiving fulfill new joining form 50% fee by cheque deposit in Head Office bank account, after receiving your joining fees then Head Office Issue the all I-cards and send to the your office address by registered post. our society for People-Police-Relationship & Possible to Challenge.

Our AICPS Society under validity I-card Holder attend any Administration and any criminal activity looking for you. Any Criminal activities with proof then you meet any administration / police department, if you are any Administration/ all India Police Department if are not supporting and refuse your AICPS I-Card. If not giving supporting/ if any difficulty with your i-card then you written complaint send to the Head Office Chandigarh. Head Office immediately taking the action under by law our legal department. If you are not send the written complaint then i cant any support. Only help police to fight the terrorism or Drugs and save the country from crime and terrorism. Make India Crime Free, Healthy Public-Police-Relationship Possible to challenge.
