Profile

After nearly five decades of its existence is undergoing a radical transformation, it is intended to be a single society which proposes to strengthen qualitatively as also the norms of social and human behavior.

This non-profitable society was basically the conception and dream. Of many patriotic persons ducting the per-independence period(1946). All India Crime Prevention Society came into existence and was first registered in Lucknow vide registration number 63/1950-51.

Ministry of Home Affairs Government of India vide its GO number 90/50/police April 26, 1950 and No 36/32/56 Police; dated Dec. 10, 1958 has directed all the state Government to “utilize the services of All India Crime Prevention Society in every possible manner”

Mr. Paripurnanand Verma and his team were directly involved in this society and their All India offices was 1/5, Gokhle Marg, Lacknow-226001. After serving the organization for about 12 years, Mr. Paripurnanand Verma established many branches all over India. But the society faded away after Mr. Verma’s death.

Mr. Avtar Singh then started then started searching the society details. He found that Mr. Nigam was running the society at G-1, Anand Niketan Mr. Nigam made Mr. Avtar Singh as the Branch President Chandigarh, then he was promoted as the President of Northern region.

Mr. Avtar Singh, who is the son of Late Mr. Gurmukh Singh, the founder member of the All India Crime Prevention Society was surprised and started investigation the worn out documents relating to the society. He suddenly was his father’s old document relating to the above named society, which were approved by the Govt. of India. He also produced this record to the deputy Commissioner Chandigarh administration who authenticated these documents (Deputy Commissioner Mr. Khandelwal’s testimony attached dated:-2nd April 1998)

Since All India Crime Prevention Society has been re-registered at Chandigarh following the non availability of the old record at Lucknow or at New Delhi (Registration certificate attached).

It is requested that Deputy Commissioner Chandigarh testimony may kindly be confirmed.

First organized  by its founder late sh. Gurmukh Singh in 1946, Re-Registration of Avtar Singh Matharoo S/O Sh. S. Gurmukh Singh  meet Deputy Commissioner Chandigarh.

Society Hinges on Values. If it is to be successful, it has to hold social values, equality mutual understanding and respect as supreme. It appears to individuals forming the society and institutions that individuals evolve over the year.

            The purpose of forming a society is to enlighten the individuals’ citizen as to his responsibilities and duties towards the society and ensure that the individual members enjoy the basic right for a happy living.

            Over the year in India, after independence, transitional confusion created many problems prominent among st these is the gap between the society and the law and order agencies.

            Unfortunately corruption, maladministration, delaying tactics, unscrupulous attitudes have added to the grievances of the public at large. Criminalization of public life is raising its ugly head. Need of the hour is to bridge the gap between the public and the law and order maintaining arms of the Govt. All India Crime Prevention Society has a significant role to play and highlight the role of the society in creating fearless approach towards the problems of the common man, approach the administration and police for timely action to prevent crimes against citizens.

All India Crime Prevention Society’s Field of operation is:

  1. TO PREVENT CRIME AGAINST SOCIETY.
  2. TO GET SPEEDIER, ACTION AGAINST CRIMINALS.
  3. TO RESOLVE DISPUTES OR HELP IN RESOLVING DISPUTES RELATING TO PROPERTY.
  4. TO PREVENT CRIME AGAINST WOMEN.
  5. TO RESOLVE OR GET RESOLVE DISPUTES TO MATRIMONY.
  6. TO EXPOSE DELAYS AND CORRUPTION IN THE VARIOUS ARMS OF THE GOVT.
  7. TO HELP NRI,S ESPECIALLY IN THE FIELD OF PROPERTY, EDUCATION, MATTERS RELATING TO COURTS AND LITIGATION, RENDER LEGAL HELP AND PROTECTION.
  8. TO ENSURE MEDICAL HELP TO MEMBERS, INSTALL HOSPITALS, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, OLD AGE HOMES, FREE HELP FOR THE POOR AND THE NEEDY ETC.
  9. TO SOLICIT CHARITY FOR THE SOCIETY.
  10. TO CREATE BRANCHES ALL OVER INDIA AND ABROAD FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF THE MEMBERS AND PUBLIC AT LARGE.
  11. TO CREATE CADRES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND SET UP THE TRUSTS FOR THE EXECUTION AND FULFILLMENT OF THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY.
