OUR FACILITY TO THE NRI COMMUNITY

Facility of the N.R.I. Member of AICPS-The Person who join AICPS and is residing abroad will be granted facility that the ALL INDIA CRIME PREVENTION SOCIETY CHANDIGARH deals with the cases of its life members abroad in respect of;-

• Disputes relating to property situated anywhere in India.
• Matrimonial disputes.
• Any dispute relating to customs in India.
• The Society further watch and safe guard the interests in India of its life members living abroad.
• More over, In case any of its member settled abroad visits India and during his visit in India he is harassed or is falsely implicated in any criminal case by the vested  interests, the society is dedicated to protect its members and gives justice to the members through correspondence by legal advisers of AICPS.

MEMBERSHIP FOR N.R.I.:-To become a member; the following documents are required.

1. Copy of the passport.
2. Residential proof in Abroad.
3. Any proof on Indian Identity
4. The Green card if any.
5. Four photograph of passport size.
6. Membership fee will be $250(US) in any country of the world; the members will be issued a special identity-card.

MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR NRIs-The fee for life membership for NRI is $250 (US)

Affiliation:-

The members of N.R.I.’s who have been organizing any union and society and are running in Abroad can be affiliated their society or union and any kind of organization with Head Office at Chandigarh in India.
